The kitchen cabinets are made of solid Cherry wood with polished granite counter tops. The bathrooms feature polished granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. The living and dining rooms and kitchen feature Pergo floors. The bedrooms feature Armstrong carpet. The Washer/Dryer is state-of-the-art and washes AND dries clothes WITHOUT having to load a seperate dryer. Each bedroom has it's own color TV. Life on the Ortega River: The first two shots above show just a few of the fabulous estates along the east river bank. There are countless others. These are across the river from the condo harbor. The picture on the right is of the west river bank. Although it is not visible in this picture, the Condo property is situated in the right-hand side of the picture at the foot of the bridge. The bottom picture is about 10 minutes or so up-river where the Ortega River opens into the St. Johns River, showing some of the downtown Jacksonville skyline.
